If you are used to using the older versions of CRAFTapp or later MODALapp versions and you use the poly chain option. Please note that as of v2.7.0 the option to find this has moved.
It is now found by right clicking the tab for the CRAFTsynth and not by opening the menu under the M logo.
Once you have selected Polychain, the app will allow that mode to be available.
