There may be a potential connectivity issue when using a Lenovo tablet even though the system version and kernel version are above our minimum spec to run MODALapp.
Please read this article for the minimum tablet spec.
The workaround if you are facing connection issues is to go to the Lenovo app settings and allow MODALapp access to storage.
Once done , reboot the tablet and launch MODALapp. You should now have access to the product you have connected to it.
If this solution hasn't worked, please use the 'Report a Problem' option under the large M in the top left.
