The COBALT8M uses the MODALapp on a current MacOS or Windows 10 (or later), to exchange patches.
*At this time the Android and iOS versions of MODALapp do not support patch upload / download
-To select a single patch to export
- click the 'Preset manger' tab on the home screen of MODALapp
- right click on the highlighted patch to bring up the options menu
- Select 'Export' and then follow the on screen dialogues to select a location on your computer to save the patch to.
-To select multiple patches to export
- click the 'Preset manager' tab on the home screen of MODALapp
- select which bank you'd like to work with from the Bank selectors on the left
- highlight whichever patch slots you want to export using your mouse. Highlight the first one, then shift and click the last one in the selection
- right click on the first of the highlighted patches to bring up the options menu
- select 'Export' and then follow the on screen dialogues to save to your computer.
-To select multiple patches to export in a whole bank
- click the 'Preset manager' tab on the home screen of MODALapp
- select which bank you'd like to work with from the bank selectors on the left
- right click on the bank you want to Export
- select 'Export' and then follow the on screen dialogues to select a folder from your computer to store the patches.
