Q: Can you sequence the arpeggiator? (i.e slow clock rate of the seq, higher clock rate of the arp for long evolving arp passages)
A: Argon8's sequencer and arpeggiator run on the same clock and so both will follow the same tempo - however you can of course use divisions in the arpeggiator to change the relative speed of one to the other. It's possible to record the arpeggiator's output into the internal sequencer and then change the speed of the sequencer if you wished.
Q: Are the effects available as destinations in the mod matrix?
A: Most of the Effects parameters are modulation destinations - you can find a full table of these on page 49 of the Argon8 Owner's Manual, which you can download from our website.
Q: Are the wavetables available to motion sequence to create a kind of quasi wave sequencing?
A: The wavetables in the selected bank can be cycled using modulation, but there is no control over the start and endpoint for playback - they will run a full cycle. It's important to note that Argon8 gives a lot of control over the wavetable oscillators and so many of the things you might try and use wave sequencing for can be better controlled via Argon8's oscillator controls.
Q: Is user wavetable import possible at any future time?
A: I'm afraid importing of wavetables is beyond the hardware capabilities of Argon8 - but the internal waveforms were very carefully selected to match the filter dynamics and you'll find they're a really well matched set of wavetables we include in the synthesizer.
