If you have Arturia's MIDI Control App then we believe the solution to your issue is either to change the controls in there or to filter out incoming messages on your Craft Synth 2.0 via Modal App.

In settings there is an option to filter what the Craft Synth 2.0 will listen to which can prevent issues from the Arturia at the Modal app side of things.
