When getting in touch please provide us with the following information (if possible) to help us solve the issues more quickly:
- The firmware version number of your SKULPT (find this on the Settings page of MODALapp). Please try updating to the latest version of MODALapp and to the latest SKULPT firmware version before reporting any issues or bugs.
- If an issue related to MODALapp, the version number of the application.
- If an issues related to MODALapp or connecting to other MIDI software, the device and OS of the device that it is running on (e.g. iOS 11 on iPad Pro, macOS BigSur on MacBook Pro)
- If an issue related to connecting to external MIDI or sync hardware, the brand and model of the hardware.
- Any other additional information that might help us diagnose the issue.
