If the arpeggiator appears to be playing multiple notes simultaneously, please check the value of the SWING parameter in the Sequencer screen.
SWING is a bipolar control, and if set fully left or fully right then the swing effect will be so severe that it will sound as if multiple notes are triggering at the same time.
Please set SWING to the center position to remove swing.
