If you are having issues with your device, It may help to perform a re-flash using the following procedure:
- Open up MODALapp 2.7.1 or later on your device of choice.
- MacOS users 10.13.6 (or older) will not be able to install 2.7.1 or later
- Ensure CRAFTsynth 2.0 is connected
- Hold the Modal logo in the top left for a few seconds and a tools menu will be available.
- Go to TOOLS > REFLASH > CRAFTSYNTH 2.0
- The reboot will open a second tab in the app.
- A phone SIMM card pin tool is ideal for this.
